Return Policy – Luxvision
1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with EU and French regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
This period starts the day after delivery. If we fail to inform you properly of this right, the withdrawal period may be extended up to 12 months.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items, unless stated otherwise or in cases where we explicitly offer free returns.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Refunds include the initial delivery cost. However, any extra fees for express or premium delivery services will not be refunded.
5. Defective Products and Legal Warranty
All purchases are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity. If a product is defective or not as described, you may request repair, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost.
If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless proven otherwise.
